Apple iPad 4th Generation
Apple announced a quick update to the iPad at their “event” that also announced an iPad mini. This makes this the 4th generation iPad, there wasn’t much new the biggest update was a faster A6X processor and changing to the Lighting connector. With this update they also discontinued the 3rd generation iPad, this looks like they did this so they can get users off of the old connector and on to the new Lighting connecter. There was also an update for iBooks that includes iCloud sync, new reading mode and the ability to share a selection of text. The price of the iPad has not changed and ships along with the iPad mini November 2
